The main principle of the catalogue »Part Pretty« is the juxtaposition of earlier and more recent works by Helen Verhoeven, which evoke new nexuses and surprising interactions. Her exhibition at the Netherlandish museum Schunck follows this concept of confrontation as curatorial approach. Furthermore, use of three different types of paper and two varying typographical concepts convey the complexity of Verhoeven’s work.
