The noble gas helium levitates ballons, causes stars to glow, and —once inhaled— distorts the voice. It is incombustible and lighter than air. A perfect metaphor then to represent the 15 emerging female artists of the Goldrausch program 2014 and their group show in Berlin. Vivid typography transforms these aspects into a graphic picture opening different fields of associations like space, sound, performance and canvas. Solid, liquid, gaseous. Fluorescent yellow and copper gold silk-screened on high quality paper generate an atmosphere of chemistry, light and high value.
