The series of mischen’s wrapping papers plays in different ways with the meaning of the studio’s name mischen (which means »to mix«). One represents the blending of different time levels: the paper looks crinkled, like if it has already been used. The one with the pattern is about units: each color and their superpositions occupy exactly the same surface of the sheet. The paper with the gradients only allows to see the mixing when holding it up against the light; then it reminds you of dawn, the time when day and night merge.
