Two publications document »Constructing the World«, a two-part exhibition curated by Kunsthalle Mannheim. The first volume shows keyworks from the Weimar Republic, the USA and the Sowjet Union from 1919 to 1939. The red cover is inspired by political movements at that time. A detailed and at the same time eye-catching timeline shows not only artistic and social relevant topics but also economical and political ones of these three countries. The second volume takes a closer look at contemporary art from 2008 to 2018. The fluorescent blue reminds of a blue screen and works as reference to the world economic crisis in 2008.
