»Recordar el Camino« (To Remember the Path) is a book by the Mexican artist Hugo Lugo. Texts by the novelist Jorge Volpi accompany Lugo’s work under the title »Olvidar el Camino« (To Forget the Path). The texts appear as if floating in a ficticious book inside a book. The full bleed background color changes continuously and thus visualizes the process of remembering / forgetting. The mirror foil on the cover adumbrates the »inner book« and reflects the reader’s face. Published by Kerber.
