On behalf of her 75th birthday, the monograph »Sibylle Bergemann« has been published. It shows the extensive work of the famous photographer from the GDR. Next to fashion photography and portraits she was working also on picture stories (documentary pictures). Thus Bergemann documented her time with open and reflecting eyes. The book concept combines the diverse aspects of her work and connects the different genres. High quality materiality including three different kinds of paper and copper embossing turns the monograph into a collector’s piece. Published by Kehrer.
